Refund policy

Life Story (a year of questions, one hardcover book)

Before the first question is sent: full refund, any time, for any reason. Email us with your order number and we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5 business days.

After the first question is sent: if your storyteller decides to stop, we refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis (the $99 price covers 12 months, so each unused full month is refunded at $8.25). Whatever has already been written stays yours to download.

The printed book: because each book is printed to order from your storyteller's own words, it cannot be returned for change of mind. If the book arrives damaged, misprinted or with an error we made in editing, we reprint it free. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Gift cards and invitations: the invitation link does not expire. If your storyteller has not accepted it after 12 months, you may request a full refund.

Other made-to-order items in this store

Made-to-order items cannot be returned for size, colour or change of mind, and this is stated before purchase. Items that arrive damaged, defective or misprinted are replaced free on photo evidence sent within 30 days of delivery. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
